175,000 total square foot Warehouse Facility – Pennsauken, NJ:
Project Description:
110,000 S.F. of existing warehouse renovation
65,000 S.F. of new warehouse space
The demolition of a portion of the existing industrial structure with renovation of the interior and exterior of existing warehouse space, which encompassed various additions and structures added to the original 1922 warehouse. An addition of new pre-engineered warehouse space was incorporated into the facility to make a cohesive space.
Crunch Fitness – Hamilton, NJ:

Project Description:
New 20,000 sq.ft. fit-out for a proposed fitness center.
Complete interior alterations for a gym facility to include aerobics room, weight training, locker rooms, cardio equipment, and kid’s room. This project had to follow the national Crunch Building Guidelines, which includes interior finishes and branding.

Complete interior alterations for the showroom, waiting area, sales, administrative offices, and new restroom facilities. The project included a new design of the building exterior.

Project Description:
Reconstruction and renovations of the entire facility due to smoke and fire damage.
Reconstruction of a 10 bay Service Department, conversion of Body Shop to a 7 bay Service Department, new Service Lane Addition, and Employee Restroom Facilities, Restoration of the existing showroom, waiting area, sales, administrative offices, and restroom facilities.
Hoeganaes Corporation – New Metallurgy Processing Facility – Cinnaminson, NJ:
2016
Project Description:
New 35 foot high 14,000 sq.ft. interior alteration for an environmentally controlled processing clean room with mezzanines.
Complete interior alterations to accommodate a multi-story processing facility for the engineering of high-performance components through powder metallurgy to support manufacturing.
